Shipping

Shipping is charged per order. Standard UK shipping is **£4.95**.

**Free UK shipping** is available on orders over **£60**.

Please allow **3–5 working days** for standard delivery to UK mainland addresses. Day 1 is the working day after your order has been placed.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your **Coast Driven** purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact **Coast Driven within 10 days of receiving your item(s)**.

We will be happy to exchange your item for another item of the same value or issue a refund. **One exchange is permitted per order.**

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. If you choose an exchange, **Coast Driven will cover the cost of sending the replacement item back to you**. Replacement items will only be dispatched once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

All returned items must be in their **original condition** — unworn, unwashed, clean, undamaged and suitable for resale. Returns must be received by **Coast Driven within 15 days of your original order**. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges outside of this period.
 

Christmas Returns

For items purchased as Christmas gifts, we extend our returns period until **15 January**. All items must be received by us by this date and must meet our standard returns conditions.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, or your item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us.

In these circumstances, **Coast Driven will reimburse the reasonable cost of returning the item using standard postage**, provided you retain proof of postage. We will also cover the cost of sending your replacement.

Please allow up to **28 days** for refunds to be processed.

Returns & Promotional Items

If you are returning an item purchased as part of a promotion, any **free gifts, promotional products or bonus items** supplied with the order must also be returned.

To qualify for a full refund, all items included as part of the promotional offer must be returned in their **original condition**.
